Grievance Mechanism

WE ARE COMMITTED TO OPEN, HONEST AND TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION

We foster transparent communication

At Hellas Gold, we are committed to open, honest and transparent communication. We therefore take all concerns and grievances seriously, we manage all disputes and their impacts responsibly, and we strive for fair treatment.

Our Grievance Mechanism enables us to handle complaints and issues brought forward by our stakeholders. Stakeholders have the option to confidentially report any concerns related to our operations, compliance with laws and regulations, adherence to health and safety rules, or violations of our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct by the company or its individual employees.

All grievances are directed to the Corporate Responsibility Department, which is committed to reviewing, investigating, and resolving grievances in accordance with our established protocol. To ensure inclusivity and anonymity, we provide several options for submitting grievances.
