Through simulation and the use of augmented reality technology, employees acquire specialties and prepare under real underground mining conditions, with the safety and flexibility provided by a state-of-the-art simulator and the learning scenarios developed, taking into account the architecture and real conditions of the operating underground mine. This process also provides the necessary knowledge for further developing a safety culture among employees while offering realistic knowledge opportunities for optimizing production.

It is also worth noting that Hellas Gold has developed policies and programs that protect the uniqueness of each employee and has established an inclusive work environment of equal opportunities, highlighting the value of diversity, personal development, and innovation.
